1. About these terms
By using the Website you agree to these terms. When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket on these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights that UK consumers have under applicable law.
2. Who may place an order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
3. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours, patterns and finishes can vary slightly because of screen settings, natural or manufacturing variation, and photography. Product dimensions and other specifications shown on a product page form part of the product description.
Availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item if we cannot supply it.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless clearly stated otherwise. The total price, including any taxes we are required to charge, and any delivery charge payable by you will be shown before you place your order. Standard delivery to UK addresses is currently free unless a different service or charge is clearly shown before checkout.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. A price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except where the displayed price was an obvious error that a reasonable customer would recognise.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through secure payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own systems. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
6. Order process and contract formation
After you place an order, we normally send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, whichever occurs first.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.
7. Delivery
Our current UK delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise with you, UK consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Risk in goods passes to you when you, or a person identified by you, takes physical possession of them, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains our voluntary 30-day return window, the statutory cancellation right that normally applies to online consumer purchases, return methods, return-postage responsibility, exceptions and refund timing.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not reduced by our voluntary return policy.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have additional terms, dates, eligibility rules or exclusions. We may refuse a promotion where it has expired, is being misused, or does not meet the published conditions. We will not use promotions in a misleading way.

You may use the Website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Website in a way that disrupts it, or use our content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Unless stated otherwise, Website content, branding, text, graphics and layout are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
11. Third-party services and links
The Website may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, delivery or other functions and may contain links to external websites. Separate third-party terms may apply to services you choose to use.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Where legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer using goods mainly for personal purposes.
13. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and will tell you where appropriate. Your legal rights to cancel for delayed or failed delivery are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you also retain any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the part of the UK in which you live. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from using a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
